We only accept returns if your item arrived damaged. All other orders are final sale. If your order arrived damaged please contact us with your order number, and a photo and we will ship you a new one!
We LOVE our international family and we're happy to ship to you. However, keep in mind that international shipping is pricey. We are not making any money off of shipping, so the costs listed as the real costs for us to get you a your goods!
Who pays duties for International/US shipments?
Customs fees are an import, not an export charge meaning they are not the vendors responsibility. We can't tell in advance if they will be charged to you, or how much they will be.
Any duties, if incurred, are the responsibility of the buyer.
In general, our products are typically exempt however duties fees may be imposed at times due to the individual custom's officer and is unfortunately just a part of International shopping and shipping.
We typically ship via US postal service, First Class and Priority, depending on the size and weight of the package. You always have the option to choose Priority over First Class as it is the faster option. We are able to rush orders and ship them via UPS or Fedex as well. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your shipment.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

We respect the privacy of our customers and clients. No information will be shared with any third parties, except in the case of the shipping carrier that will deliver your package. Your payment information is kept under a secure server.
